Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries.

Pedro Fonte is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, University of Algarve, Portugal. He is also an integrated member at Center of Marine Sciences (CCMAR), University of Algarve, Portugal and collaborator researcher at the Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences, Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, Portugal. He graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010 and obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences – Nanotechnologies specialty at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto, Portugal in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2016. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Faculty of Economics and Business Management, Lusíada University, Portugal in 2012. His area of scientific activity is on the development of new drug delivery systems by means of colloidal carriers, structural characterization of proteins entrapped into micro- and nanocarriers, lyophilization of biopharmaceuticals, targeted and controlled delivery of drugs across biological barriers, solid state characterization of pharmaceuticals and drying of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. He is also conducting research in the regenerative medicine field, focusing in wound healing, tissue regeneration and cell therapy. In his activity he is enrolled in the up-scale of pharmaceutical products and is involved in entrepreneurship activities.

Professor Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra is a Professor at the University of Almería, Spain, with over 44 years of experience in teaching and research, specializing in Arabic science, literature, and linguistics in the Middle Ages. She leads the Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos and is an active member of various international academic organizations. Dr. Arvide Cambra has authored numerous works, including translations of Al-Zahrawi, Ibn Qutayba, and Ibn Khatima, and has collaborated with universities worldwide.

Professor Zhaosen Liu received Ph.D degree in solid state physics from TU-Dresden, Germany, in 1999. Before 2007, he proposed a few quantum approaches to investigate the roles played by the crystal-field levels and RKKY interactions, and to estimate magnetic transition temperatures of rare-earth materials. In 2008, he built a two-sublattice model to describe antiferromagnetic rare-earth systems, which solved a serious difficulty faced by many experimental physicists.

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

He has completed his PhD from Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba, Algeria.He did all his PhD work in Cardiff University in UK.
